Important communication during a emergency/natural disaster could be a cameras or a phone because you can contact some one with a phone and the video tape can record what happened and if it survives people can see what happened to the place. The recent communications of natural disasters are cameras. The information during a natural disaster should be what natural disaster has/had occurred and why it did.
